Our engineering team consists of expertise in areas of Electronics Platform design, Embedded Software design, Mechanical design, High-Speed & High Density Printed Circuit Board design, Test development, Prototype development, manufacturing transition, etc.  The project management team at PDT will ensure the successful of each customer project.

Product Development: PDT offers flexible and cost effective product development service for Industrial and Commercial customers.  The service is from concept stage until product box build that includes hardware design, software/firmware development, mechanical design, printed circuit board design, test development, technical documentation etc.  We are utilizing our expertise in high-speed printed circuit board design and board simulation in the design process to keep signal integrity and EMI level under control. 

On top of the design and development, we also provide feasibility study to access customer project before execution of design and development that will induces a huge cost.

High-speed & High Density Printed Circuit Board Design: Through our accurate signal integrity and design planning in the board design process, Right At The First Design can be achieve, subsequently contribute to Time To Market requirement.  The signal integrity and EMI driven design process is supported by our wide experience and strong knowledge in the high-speed and high-density design and analysis background.

Items such as impedance control, topologies and termination optimization, floor planning, simulation model, package parasitic elements, etc. are taken into account during the signal integrity planning.  Design rules determined at the Pre-Design Simulation stage will be implement in the Board Designing stage.  Our PCB design capability able to meet customer DFM and DFA requirement to turn the concept or idea into a real printed circuit board.

Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Simulation & Analysis: Apart from the printed circuit board design service, we also provide Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Simulation & Analysis standalone service. Combination of industry's top of line EDA tool and PDT simulation flow is able to provide effective simulation and analysis result as a printed circuit board design input or document.

RoHS & Obsolescence Re-design: The current movement of RoHS compliance requirement had leaded electronics customer to convert their existing PCBA into RoHS compliance PCBA with redesign effort needed in order to sustain their product in the market place.  Beside the RoHS conversion, some customers are looking for the obsolescence re-design due to the component obsoletes.  PDT is in the position to help customer to resolve the RoHS and Obsolescence issues with re-design effort base on customer existing PCBA and limited documentation.  PDT will deliver design documents to customer at the end of the project completion.

Reverse Engineering: In some cases, customers would like to reproduce their own products without any design documentation due to certain circumstances.  In such, PDT will support customer on the reverse engineering effort with design documents will be deliver to customer at the end of the project.  Our reverse engineering service not target for product that potentially have Intellectual Property or Copyright conflicts.

Test Development: In-circuit tester and functional tester are fundamental and critical equipments necessary for a product to be released into manufacturing for mass production successfully.  In PDT, we support our customer in the test development either in-circuit tester or functional tester for every product development include develop the test programs base on the product specification.

Prototype Development: Base on the product development experiment, we are able to provide the standalone prototype development service.  The service contains prototype board fabrication, assembly, component sourcing, etc. In addition, we are also providing printed circuit board design service as value added to the prototype development service.
